Requirements

Beginning this August, groups of 5 Master's of Science and MBA student-consultants will spend 300+ hours per group consulting with your organization on a management challenge or opportunity of your choice.


Based on their research and the information you provide, groups will provide your organization with a comprehensive strategy to overcome your challenge or take advantage of an opportunity.


Project scope may include, but is not limited to:

  • Process improvement and optimization.
  • Channel strategies and new business development.
  • Customer data analytics/segmentation.
  • New product/market introductions; positioning and logistics.
  • Integration of e-commerce platforms and digital business.
