Requirements

Beginning this January, groups of five Master's of Science and MBA student-consultants will spend 300+ hours per group consulting with your organization on a management challenge or opportunity.


Based on their research and the information you provide, groups will provide your organization with a comprehensive strategy to overcome your challenge or take advantage of an opportunity.


Projects can include a wide range of supply chain and sales channel optimization topics.


Project scope can include, but is not limited to:

  • Process improvement and optimization
  • Channel strategies.
  • Customer data analytics/segmentation.
  • New product/market introductions.
  • Logistics and competitive positioning.
  • Integration of e-commerce platforms.
