Final project deliverables include professional presentations of:

  • Objective situational assessments.
  • Identification and evaluation of alternatives.
  • Development of performance measures.
  • Recommended strategies and actions, supported with financial analysis.

Your organization will receive:

  • A 30 to 45-minute presentation on analysis, findings, and recommendations.
  • A hard copy of the final project report (length of document depends upon scope of the project).
  • Direct interaction with UT Dallas students/professionals for employment opportunities.

Requirements

Beginning this January, a group of five Master's student-consultants will work 250+ hours to provide strategy guidance and consulting to your organization.


These graduate students have diverse backgrounds, including engineering, information systems, science, and business. Consultant groups can offer an objective assessment and research-based recommendations for a variety of areas in your organization.

Possible areas of focus could include, but are not limited to:

  • Market research.
  • Supply chain management/process improvement.
  • Technology solutions.
  • Market entrance/expansion.
  • Data analytics.
  • Development and use of KPIs/KLIs.
  • Category management.
  • Commercialization of social media.
  • Sales and marketing strategy.
