Requirements
Beginning this January, Master's of Science and MBA student-consultants will spend 300+ hours per group of five, consulting with your organization on a management challenge or opportunity.
Based on their research and the information you provide, groups will provide your organization with a comprehensive strategy to overcome your challenge or take advantage of an opportunity.
Projects can include a wide range of supply chain and sales channel optimization topics.
Project scope can include, but is not limited to:
- Process improvement and optimization.
- Channel and positioning.
- Customer data analytics/segmentation.
- New product/market introductions/ business development.
- Competitive positioning.
- Integration of e-commerce and digital platforms for analytics and performance improvement.
