The project was given to 2 groups and the outcome was very good. Students applied themselves and collaborated within the group to generate a professional report. Leadership qualities were essential to manage and execute tasks, within the required timeframe. Kudos to the team leaders for organizing their team, advocating responsibilities that were most suited to their team members and following up on deliverables to meet the timeline and objectives set. Each team had a different outcome which eliminated the direct competition and allowed the teams to substantiate their approach for their deliverables.
