ICT Ignite - Web APP Stress and Vulnerability Test
The main goal of this project is to plan, design, and implement a security solution for myAIpathway Inc. for the protection of the company's data, systems and networks. This project also includes implementing privacy policies and terms and conditions for use of myAIpathway Inc.'s eCommerce Cloud solution that collects information on individuals and businesses (sellers and buyers).

Business Plan Development for myAIpathway Inc.
The objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive business plan for myAIpathway Inc., a Managed Services provider specializing in custom web and application development. The company also owns FRED, an innovative eCommerce platform tailored for the agriculture sector. FRED connects farmers with a community focused on healthy, sustainably grown, and organic produce. The business plan will include the already created marketing plan, and risk assessment plan. The marketing plan is comprehensive outlining strategies to enhance market presence, optimize service offerings, and expand the reach of FRED. Learners will apply their knowledge of business strategy and financial planning to create a plan that aligns with the company's mission and growth objectives. The project will involve reviewing the comprehensive marketing plan, developing income projections, and cashflow forecasts for the next three years.

FRED Mobile Marketplace App Development
The goal of this project is to develop a mobile application for FRED, a web-based marketplace that connects farmers and producers of culturally preferred foods with local consumers. The app aims to facilitate transactions within a 75km radius, supporting Canada's zero-emission goals by promoting local sourcing and reducing transportation emissions. The project will involve translating the existing web functionalities into a mobile-friendly interface, ensuring seamless user experience and accessibility. Key features will include user registration, product browsing, order placement, and secure payment processing. The app will also provide location-based services to ensure compliance with the 75km distance requirement. This project offers learners the opportunity to apply their knowledge of mobile app development, user interface design, and integration with existing web services.
